Todd A. Leeth

Mr. Leeth is a 1982 graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a 1988 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Leeth practiced with a premier northwest Indiana firm, Hoeppner Wagner & Evans, for 35 years where he was chair of its Real Estate and Land Use Segment. He utilizes a team approach to manage client engagements with the active participation of other disciplines such as land planners, civil engineers, architects and other consultants.

Mr. Leeth's real estate practice covers all types of transactions, including purchase, sale and leasing. Mr. Leeth represented a national discount grocer for over 27 years in over 200 transactions including shopping center leases, ground leases, build to suit, in addition to more traditional purchase and sale contracts. Mr. Leeth also represents many homeowner and property owner's associations, both on a continuing basis and for special projects such as amending or updating community standards and restrictive covenants. In 2017, he represented a large community association in the purchase of an 18-hole championship golf course from private owners.
